Our Divisions

Yamamori & Jiou Jiu Shang, Inc.
Libby Tseng’s entrepreneurial journey began with a foundation in education. She established Yamamori & Jiou Jiu Shang, Inc. not only to introduce the sensory beauty of fine wines and spirits to the public but also to provide systematic professional certification courses. In her philosophy, appreciation must be backed by expertise. By delving into the art of Pairing, she has cultivated a new generation of professionals for the Alcohol Beverages Industry, blending international vision with deep cultural literacy to transform the enjoyment of fine dining and spirits into a refined craft.
A Cradle for Professionals and Taste
Yamamori LLC
In her pursuit of flavors that stir the soul, Libby founded Yamamori LLC. She insists on personally visiting Japan’s various prefectures, venturing into remote mountains and countryside to engage in direct dialogue with master artisans. Rather than chasing mainstream labels, she focuses on discovering niche, low-production "artisan brands" that carry the soul of local terroir, history, and craftsmanship. This profound insight into regional aesthetics ensures that her trade business is more than commerce; it is a tribute to the "Shokunin" (artisan) spirit.
Seeking Artisans Across Prefectures

Tora IN Museum
As her research into Japanese historical artifacts deepened, Libby materialized her passion by founding a non-profit museum dedicated to Japanese Culture and Spirits. This is not merely an exhibition space but a cocreation platform where Libby serves as an integrator, bringing together experts from diverse industries.
The museum is situated in the historic and elegant Claremont Village, surrounded by the intellectual vitality of the Claremont Colleges. Currently, we are in active dialogue with these seven prestigious institutions to explore academic collaborations, aiming to infuse scholarly research into our Gallery and exhibitions. Through cross-disciplinary curation with artists and painters, the museum provides a space where exquisite craftsmanship meets contemporary aesthetics, allowing the public to enjoy a lifestyle of intellectual resonance.

Social Impact
Libby firmly believes that the ultimate value of an enterprise lies in its compassion for people. She has channelled the resources of her business empire into ten distinct philanthropic models, delivering donations and essential supplies directly to the elderly, the vulnerable, women, and children. This commitment transcends borders through a partnership with the Franklin Foundation, providing long-term support for children with autism and ensuring that care, like culture, is passed down through generations.
