Celebrating the Beginning of Our Journey
Welcome to IN Sake Museum!
The opening of IN Sake Museum marked far more than the launch of a new destination—it celebrated the beginning of a shared journey to introduce the beauty of Japanese sake, shochu, tea, craftsmanship, and regional culture to Southern California.
Over two memorable days, visitors from across the community gathered to experience interactive exhibits, guided tastings, educational workshops, and meaningful conversations that highlighted the traditions behind Japan's iconic beverages and cultural heritage.
Every smile, conversation, toast, and shared discovery reminded us why this museum was created: to build a place where curiosity, culture, and community come together.
To everyone who attended our Grand Opening, thank you for making this milestone unforgettable. We are honored to begin this journey with you and look forward to welcoming you back for many more experiences in the years ahead.

Discovering Japanese Sake
Our guided sake tasting was one of the most popular experiences during the Grand Opening. Guests explored a curated selection of Japanese sake while learning how to identify different flavor profiles—from light and refreshing to rich and full-bodied. For many visitors, it was their first guided sake tasting, sparking great conversations, plenty of questions, and a newfound appreciation for the diversity of Japanese sake. Watching guests discover a sake they truly enjoyed made this experience especially memorable for our team.
Exploring the Museum
Visitors enjoyed exploring our curated exhibits, antique sake and tea artifacts, and interactive map of Japan, discovering the stories and traditions behind Japanese sake, shochu, tea, and craftsmanship throughout the museum.
Culture in Action
Beyond the museum exhibits, our cultural workshops gave guests the opportunity to experience Japanese traditions firsthand. Through hands-on activities, meaningful conversations, and shared creativity, visitors discovered the beauty of Japanese culture while creating memorable experiences together.
